Terms of Use
These terms apply to tucsondigitaldeals.com, our emails and printed editions (together, “Tucson Digital Deals”), operated by Digital Official in Tucson, Arizona. By using Tucson Digital Deals you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Offers belong to the businesses
Every deal and coupon is provided by the business named on it. That business sets the terms, dates and exclusions and is solely responsible for honouring it and for the goods or services it sells. Tucson Digital Deals and Digital Official are not a party to any purchase and don’t guarantee any business’s work.
- Unless the offer says otherwise: one coupon per person per offer, no cash value, not combinable with other offers, and not for resale.
- Codes are sent by email; show that email at the business to redeem. An emailed coupon is valid through the date printed on it.
- Offers can end or change without notice. An ended offer disappears from the site.
- Copying, scraping, bulk-requesting or selling codes is not allowed, and we may cancel codes obtained that way.
If a business won’t honour a valid coupon, tell us at deals@tucsondigitaldeals.com and we’ll follow it up.
2. Sponsored and featured placements
Tucson Digital Deals is supported by advertising. Businesses can pay for featured, sponsored or printed-edition placement, and those placements are labelled (for example “Sponsored”, “Featured” or “In this month’s mailer”). Other listings are ordered by our own criteria. A listing or placement is not an endorsement.
3. Listing, claiming and advertising a business
- Our directory includes Tucson businesses from publicly available information. If it’s your business you can claim it, or ask us to correct or remove it at deals@tucsondigitaldeals.com.
- You may only claim or manage a business you own or are authorised to represent. We may verify that and may remove a claim we can’t verify.
- You’re responsible for everything you publish: deals must be real, available and honoured as stated, and comply with applicable law (including advertising, pricing and licensing rules). You must have the rights to any logo, photo or text you upload, and you grant us a licence to display it on Tucson Digital Deals, in our emails, printed editions and promotion of the marketplace.
- We review content and may edit, decline or remove any listing, deal or image — for example if it’s misleading, offensive, infringes someone’s rights or a business doesn’t honour its offers.
- Paid plans and printed-edition placements (see For businesses) are governed by the order or agreement you make with Digital Official, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Results such as views, clicks or claims are not guaranteed.
- Keep your dashboard login private; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
4. Emails
Requesting a coupon or joining our list means we’ll email you the code and occasional local deals. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk requests, no attempts to break or bypass its security, no impersonating a business or person, and no unlawful, harmful or infringing content. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
6. Our content
The Tucson Digital Deals name, logo, design and editorial content belong to Digital Official. Business names, logos and photos belong to their owners. Stock photography is credited on our Photo credits page.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Tucson Digital Deals is provided “as is”. We work to keep listings accurate but don’t warrant that information, availability or prices are complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Official isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any dispute between you and a business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the free site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Pima County, Arizona, unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Changes & contact
